An aspirant from Mass Communication Department, Hassan Nurudeen Abiodunpopularly known as Ogbeni Alabi whose publicity has been going viral on campus for a post yet to be known in one of the school political structure known as the Student Union Government (SUG) has pledged to protect the interest of every student on campus and ensure they get in return values they contribute to the Student
Union Government(SUG).
In an interview with him on Wednesday 14th September, 2022 at kakawa in Lagos State University of Science and Technology, formerly known as Laspotech ikorodu campus, Ogbeni Alabi said “the interest of my people, course mate and every students within the faculty and largely within the students of this institution arouse his desire for a post in the Student Union Government (SUG).
He further said “Student are getting little to what they should get in terms of academics, activities and related study affairs”. There is going to be an end to student paying SUG fee without student getting necessary help they need when it comes to help activities in school.
“If you are not hoping anything for your class, you cannot hope for the department not to talk of the entire”. "My goals are simple but a bit difficult to achieve without the support of student doing the right thing.
The era coming soon in the Student Union Government, is the era that will bring change to the student and the school, most especially moment and time for student to get back value from the valuable contributed to the Student Union Government”. He said.
